Gereja Kristen Abdiel (GKA) GRACIA Citra Raya is a Reformed Evangelical Church and started through an effort that lead to church planting on 481st Reformation Day (October 31, 1998). The church was established as an independent church on July 12th, 2004 and became a member of Sinode Gereja Kristen Abdiel / The Synod of Abdiel Christian Church), the 81st member of Persekutuan Gereja-Gereja Indonesia / Indonesian Communion Churches (PGI/CCI). The church holds to the universal credos such as Credo Apostolicum, Athanasian Creed, and Nicaea Creed, with a distinctive credos as a church in the line of reformed faith such as The Westminster Confession of Faith (Large and Shorter), Heidelberg Catechism, Canons of Dort, Belgic Confession, and other reformed credos along with the evangelical high viewpoint on the Scriptures as stated in the Chicago Statement on Inerrancy and Infallibility of the Bible. All of these statements of faith were overwhelming the life of the church. To ensure the life of the church is walking constantly on this faith confessions, we strictly examine all contemporary theological issues and all contemporary spiritual movements in Christendom line.

The Vision of the church is to be a MISSIONER CHURCH as explained in church’s mission statement i.e. proclamation of the True Gospel, living faith based on regenerated life to God in Christ, through the divine power and grace longing to win the elect souls to Christ, uniting the covenant family into His church, and to be the salt and the light to the world through actual ministries within the society for the glory of God.

Governed in the Reformed tradition, Gereja Kristen Abdiel (GKA) GRACIA Citra Raya has two ministerial offices: the Pastoral office and the Administration office. The Pastoral office consists of ordained ministers from seminary background who are presiding and responsible for the church’s teaching, pastoral ministries, and biblical church growth. Meanwhile, the Administration office consists of the lay ministers –elders and deacons, who were  chosen from the qualified members of the church and  met the biblical prerequisite to be church’s elders and deacons. This office –as established in the Scriptures, is exist to assists daily church administration, to enhance under altar ministries, and to support the pastoral office to accelerate the growth of the church.

The church ministries are organized into departments: Children, Teen, Youth, Women, Music, Sunday Services/Worship, Cell Group/Sectors, Household Ministry, Leaders Fellowship, Diaconia, Literature, Audio Visual Technical, Lay Seminary, etc. This is a unique church –an open church, and welcome all the people regardless their ethnicity, nations, and languages background. Indonesian language is the main daily language with Chinese and English using occasionally. Racial issue is strictly forbidden in our church. We won’t tolerate racism issues and the like since we want to reflects God’s love and learn to live reformed theology teaching wholeheartedly so that we can be a good witnesses in the context of a pluralistic society without compromising the true messages of the Gospel.
